UCO Bank site will be opened.
Click E Banking > personal banking > put login id
and password
E-banking page will be opened.
Click on 'bill payment' in the menu bar.
Another page will be opened.
On the left hand side of the page you can see 6 items,
click on the 5th item i.e 'bill presentment'
Another page will appear.
Click on payee setup registration.
Another page will appear.
Give the payee name as LIC and click on search.
Another page will appear, click on blue colored LIC.
Another page will appear. In this page the customer has
to give only three pieces of information: LIC policy number, premium amount and
email id.
Premium amount should be given with paisa. For example,
if premium amount is Rs.1500, the customer should put the amount as Rs.1500.00.
Then click on 'add' in the bottom. A number will be
generated and note down this number. Allow LIC and Bank minimum 15 days to have
the necessary 'handshake' before the due date of first premium.
Our E Banking will continue to pay the premium to LIC by
deducting his account till the maturity. It is very comfortable for the
customer. S/He needs to keep sufficient amount in his account.
For each LIC policy the customer should register
separately.
